The coking course with Yuki was great and now l can cook all these yummy Thai dishes from scratch. The host on the afternoon was so lovely and very attentive (sorry l can't recall his name) Thank you Sticky Rice Cooking School, l had a brilliant time and am ready to book my next lesson. “Fabulous Middle Eastern Cooking class with Genevieve Harris. Wonderful day cooking a delicious menu of Hummus and flat bread, Chermoula chicken, Harissa marinated Prawns,with a beautiful eggplant and tomato salad, and bbq lamb skewers marinated in Hilbeh served with baby spinach, pomegranate seeds and yoghurt sauce. Then deep fried almond pastries with honey and orange blossom syrup. All served with lovely wines or fruit juice and water. Fabulous day, heaps of fun and staying at the villas made the walk home very easy. Highly Recommended 5*****”

The themed villas are each so individually thought out, with a true care for detail and attention to the customers needs & wants. The cooking school side of things is run amazingly - the meals on offer are straightforward and easy to follow, with each step clearly walked through and shown an example of by the Teacher taking the class. Chef Yukiko hosted an especially enjoyable class tonight, full of humour and admirable cooking skills and techniques - truely an unforgettable experience.
