Brad’s cooking is bold, generous and rooted in tradition —  In this immersive hands-on class, you’ll step into the rhythm of Spanish cooking, learning the techniques, timing and flavour-building secrets behind some of Spain’s most iconic dishes.

Come ready to have fun, skill up , cook, dine and take home a whole lot of Spanish secrets of your own.

Corn & Padrón Croquettes
Golden, crisp and irresistibly creamy — these addictive bites combine sweet corn with smoky Padrón peppers, finished with a delicate crunch and a molten centre.

Paella de Comida
The hero of the table — a deeply savoury, saffron-infused paella layered with chorizo, prawns, chicken, rich stock, caramelised rice and Barad’s signature flavour base. This is where technique meets theatre.

Grilled Broccoli with Ajo Blanco & Herbs
Charred, nutty broccoli paired with a silky chilled almond and garlic sauce, lifted with fresh herbs — a dish that proves vegetables can absolutely steal the show.

Churros with Chocolate Sauce
Hot, crisp, golden churros dusted in sugar and served with a rich, velvety chocolate dipping sauce — the perfect indulgent finish.
