Class Description

Pound your own Massaman Curry paste, perfect the art of delicious flavour-packed Wontons. Steal our recipe for that delicious sticky black bean dressing that you could make millions from! Accomplish the art of Stir frying with 2 fabulous quick dinner recipes and add in a cracker of a nutrient bursting salad for good measure. This class ticks all the boxes, teaches all the techniques  and is safe for seafood allergies too.

 

CLASS MENU 

 

Pork and Ginger Wontons with Sticky Black Bean Sauce, . 

 

Massaman  curry with tender Chicken, potato, peanut and pickled ginger. This special curry has incredible rich flavours of coconut and cardamon.

 

Stir Fry Lemongrass Pork, cashews , crispy eggplant, Asian Herbs. 

 

Stir Fried Greens with garlic, soy and Shaoxing wine. 

 

Special Salad of Pickled beanshoots and sesame seeds.
