This class menu contains: tree nuts (pecans, almonds), coconut (milk, shredded, sugar, liqueur), fish (salmon, tuna, white fish, fish fat), shellfish (prawns), gluten/wheat (flour, brioche, doughs, crumb), dairy (cream cheese, milk, butter, cream, ice cream), egg (doughnuts, crumb, mayo), soy (mayonnaise), garlic/onion, and alcohol (wine vinegar, Malibu).

Please note: pecans and almonds are used in these recipes.
No peanuts are used, but ingredients may be produced in facilities that handle peanuts and other allergens.
