An extensive list of  Moroccan recipes in this Class. Plus make your own Moroccan bread!

 

CLASS MENU

-Spiced chicken pastries.

-Moroccan spiced Flathead skewers with minted yoghurt sauce.

-Prawn, mussel and chickpea tajine. 

-Cauliflower, pine nut and olive salad with ras el hanout dressing. 

-Moroccan Bread.

-Carrot and orange salad. 

-Yoghurt toffee dates.

This class menu contains: gluten/wheat (filo pastry, Moroccan bread), dairy (yoghurt, butter, ghee, milk), egg (almond pastries), tree nuts (almonds and pine nuts), sesame (seeds in salad/bread topping), shellfish (prawns, mussels), fish (flathead, fish stock), legumes (chickpeas, peas, broad beans), garlic/onion, chili, and coriander.

Please note: almonds, pine nuts and sesame are used in these recipes.
No peanuts are used, but some ingredients may be produced in facilities that handle peanuts and other allergens.
