Former Shiki chef Yukiko Anschultz will guide you through a menu that looks impressive but is built on clear, achievable techniques. You’ll learn how to balance sweet, sour, salty and spice, cook seafood perfectly, master crispy pork, and create restaurant-quality results — without the stress.

This is about flavour, confidence and cooking dishes you’ll want to make again. What a feast..what a class!
