Class Description

Welcome to the world of Chef Jett Presepio, Head Chef at Peel Street. He’s stepping away from the restaurant for one night to teach you how to master Asian cuisine at home.

 

He’s prepared a sensational menu for this hands-on class:

 

-Steamed prawn and garlic chive dumplings with black vinegar dressing

-Thai-style golden egg nets with stir-fried prawn and peanut cucumber pickle

-Coconut-braised duck with red curry sauce, bamboo shoots, Thai eggplant, Thai basil, and kaffir lime

-Som tum salad

-Coconut rice
